Overview

Nestled quietly in Lot 4774, D Sungai Merab, Kajang, D'Cheruk Cafe offers a refreshing escape from the usual city rush. This hidden gem embraces a private, cozy ambience where simplicity meets thoughtful craftsmanship. The café thrives on its carefully curated menu that highlights comforting local flavors, with the Maggi Goreng Ayam Goreng standing out as a signature dish that captures the essence of Malaysian casual dining.

The charm of D'Cheruk Cafe lies not only in its culinary offerings but also in its deliberate air of seclusion. Guests seeking a tranquil retreat will appreciate the intimate atmosphere, accented by warm interiors and glass walls which invite natural light, though they can warm the space during peak hours. This makes the café ideal for those willing to unwind, savoring each bite and sip slowly rather than rushing through a meal.

Beyond the main dishes, visitors can indulge in a variety of drinks—non-coffee beverages like Sirap Bandung and Sirap Selasih provide a cool, sweet respite from the tropical heat, while coffee lovers will find the creamy espresso drinks, enhanced subtly with caramel, a fitting complement to the savory offerings. These drinks emphasize both flavor depth and comforting familiarity.

D'Cheruk Cafe targets a clientele who values quality over speed; the service is personal and warm, reflecting a genuine pride in every dish served. The café’s approach to dining centers around freshness, generous portions, and a comforting experience rather than fast-paced convenience. It is well suited for individuals or small groups seeking a place to relax, reflect, or spend time away from the overstimulation of urban life.

Feedback from patrons reinforces this perception. Regulars speak fondly of the balance between a serene setting and satisfying, homemade-style food. The café’s pricing is reasonable, reflecting the quality and care invested into every plate. This makes D'Cheruk a welcoming spot for those who appreciate a simple yet special dining experience grounded in local heritage and heartfelt preparation.

In summary, D'Cheruk Cafe is a thoughtful haven in Kajang, where culinary tradition meets understated elegance. It invites guests to slow down and enjoy well-crafted meals and drinks in a private, cozy space that feels both inviting and exclusive. Whether you come for the Maggi Goreng Ayam Goreng or the mellow caramel espresso, D'Cheruk promises a deeply satisfying and authentic café experience.

Ecactly as the cafe's named, this cafe located in a very quiet and quite far from the busy road in Sg. Merab area. Cozy, simple and nice cafe. Good service. I loved the cucur pisang, crispy outside and sweet fluffy moist inside. The lempeng kelapa is good pair with a tasty sambal. I've been there during tea time to meet up with an old friend that finally make us sitting there for 4 hours chit chatting.

Food - kena anak tekak Price - affordable price Service - you need to fill up your stomach elsewhere first before you come here. Super slow. In my case, they forgot my order and a table later than me, got their order first.
